Refund Policy
How messaging purchases, renewals, cancellations and refund requests work. Tapping “Request a refund” sends a request for review; it does not issue a refund automatically.
Messaging access and prices
Joining, matching and messaging a mutual match are free. To send a message to someone who is not a match, each person needs their own messaging access. A received message request can be read for free, but replying requires access starting with the first reply. Optional access costs US$1 for one message, US$10 for a one-time pack of 15 messages that do not expire, or US$20 per month for Unlimited non-match messaging. Applicable tax is added at checkout and the total is shown before payment.
Unlimited renewal and cancellation
Unlimited renews on the corresponding calendar day each month until cancelled. If that date does not occur in a month, Stripe’s displayed renewal date governs and must be shown in Billing. Members can cancel through Settings → Billing; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the paid-through date, unless a payment is refunded or reversed.
Billing problems and refunds
For an incorrect or duplicate charge, missing purchased access, or another billing problem, open the purchase in Settings → Billing and select ‘Report a billing problem’ or ‘Request a refund.’ Explain what happened. We review each request and show its status there. Please contact us promptly; reporting within 14 days helps us investigate, but this request does not limit any rights you have under applicable law. A change-of-mind request may be reviewed case by case. Cancelling a subscription does not by itself refund the current paid period. If a purchase is refunded, unused credits from that purchase are removed without taking the balance below zero; a refunded Unlimited period ends when the refund is processed. Messages already sent cannot be recalled. Any refund required by applicable law will be provided.
