Privacy
Your privacy is part of the product. Rejections stay private, photos are never publicly listed, and nothing about your Second Life account is accessed without you providing it.
What we store
Your email address, your profile details (name, age, location, about you, interests), your Second Life profile link, your photos, your balloon choices, your matches, and any message you send us through the contact form.
What other members can see
Your profile and photos, subject to your visibility setting. Members can never see who popped their balloon, and they can never see your email address.
Photos
Photos are held in private storage and displayed through short-lived links. They are not publicly browsable.
Second Life
We store only the profile link you enter. We do not connect to your Second Life account, and no private Second Life data is ever accessed or displayed.
Contact messages
Messages sent through the contact form are stored securely so the support team can track them to resolution, and a copy is forwarded to the official support inbox.
Your control
You can edit or remove your profile details and photos at any time, and you can ask for your account to be deleted by contacting support.
